Here's a sample Eisenhower matrix to-do list for a plumber.

1. Urgent and Important

- Repair broken water pipes

- Unclog a sink or tub

- Fix a furnace or water heater

2. Important, but Not Urgent

- Inspect for potential plumbing problems

- Install new plumbing fixtures

- Inspect and replace worn out parts

3. Urgent, but Not Important

- Respond to customer service calls
